2020 SPRING SEASON CANCELED
by posted 03/25/2020

First, we hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and safe. Clearly, this is a time for taking stock of what's most important, and for making the necessary changes to protect our families and communities.

Out of an abundance of caution, the Randolph Youth Softball & Baseball Association Board of Directors decided unanimously tonight to cancel the 2020 Spring season. You are receiving this email because you are a currently registered participant in our league.

We are expecting that many of you will want a refund for the registration fee you paid when signing up. Please contact   to request that refund which will be mailed to you in the form of a check from our bank; please include your full name and address that the check should be made payable and mailed to.

Or, we are also willing to lock in your current rate for next season and honor your deposit or whatever payment you have made for next season.  The fate of our summer season has not yet been decided but we will keep you updated in case your child or children are interested in playing over the summer months.

Please contact us at   if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for your support and we hope to see you on the field soon!

Sincerely,
The RYSBA Board of Directors
